“I am running for Congress to represent my family, and everyone in PA-01 within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. I will focus on restoring traditional values and bringing back Constitutional representation to our community that is central to our American identity including faith, family, freedom to speak, assemble, petition and redress government. I will always support life, defend our right to bear arms, protect private property rights and work hard to stop federal overreach into personal lives and pocketbooks.

Limited Government & Individual Rights

“I will work hard to follow what James Madison said in Federalist #45: “The powers delegated by the proposed Constitution to the federal government are few and defined.” Too many in congress take the oath to protect and defend the U.S. Constitution and that they will ‘well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter’. While many congress persons recite this pledge, the only constitutional requirement they accept without question is that they will receive “compensation” for serving.”

“I will solemnly swear to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States and carefully cast my votes in Congress according to the Original Intent to limit government fiscally that today is close to $100 trillion when unfunded obligations are considered. This financial burden Americans are dealing with today will carry onto our children and future generations. This is not only politically reprehensible, but also morally despicable. (ref: Art1.8.1 and 1.8.2)”

Strong Military & Supporting Veterans

“I will support fiscally responsible defense spending that ensures a strong military readiness. I will defend our military for all operations that contribute to the defense of our country, and I will not support bloated defense budgets that support overseas proxy wars or support operations and activities that put our military into social experiments and distract from the mission to protect and defend our country. (ref Art 1.8.12* 1.8.13, 1.8.14, *we are not at war currently-just fighting proxy wars for the UN)”

“I will vote for all appropriations bills that assist our military veterans to receive everything that this country promised them because of their selfless willingness to protect and defend our country in peace and wartimes. (ref Art 1.8.12,13,14)

Education Reform & School Choice

“I will vote against any appropriations bill that continues to fund the Department of Education at the federal level. The DOE belongs at the state level and I will advocate to defund the DOE. Education belongs to the local community with parents involved in all decisions of what and where to educate their child(ren). (Ref: not an enumerated power in Art 1 Sect. 8)

“I will further support parental rights in the education of their children while also protecting students & their rights to fair play on the playing fields.”

Environment & Immigration

“I will support a strong border policy and ensure that funding is there to protect our country especially at the southern border that current estimates show 22 million people illegally crossed into our country. Since January 2021 through September 2022 and the Biden Administration has spent $340 million on secret flights to transport illegals into unsuspecting communities in America. The Biden Administration has also spent $212 million on illegal alien healthcare.” (The New American: Border Breakdown Treason, Not Incompetence.” 3/28/22 p 14-15) (Art 6 “nullification” – Amendment 10)

“I will stand up for transparent appropriations that address environmental needs for our county should they come up, but it is my job not to fund unconstitutional and federal overreach programs like the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).“ (ref: Art 6 and Amendment 10)

Energy Policy

“I will advocate and vote for appropriations bills that support energy independence but at the same time legislate and drive policy changes for the States to regain oversight on their energy needs and the energy sector to regain its rightful ownership. I will advocate and legislate to get the federal government from creating more oppressive federal regulations that dictate winners and losers in energy production.“
